Welcome to the Bar/Bat Mitzvah Registration Page.
From here you can register your child's Bar/Bat Mitzvah date and time. JKHA school policy has been established to ensure that only one bar or bat mitzvah is scheduled for the same day and time frame per grade.
To view the Bar/Bat Mitzvah calendar, click on the calendar button. You will be able to check when there are available dates to hold your child’s Kiddush and/or leining as well as the party. You can do so by simply moving your mouse over any visible date on the calendar.,The Parsha HaShavuah as well as holiday dates are included for your review as well. You can change the month and year by using the two buttons on the top of the calendar or by using the 2 drop down boxes above it.
Once you have selected a date, you can then go to the Registration Page where you fill in the required fields. If you make a mistake, you can use the "Clear Fields” button to clear all of your entries so you can start over. Once you are done, click the "Submit" button and you will receive an e-mail with the information you have submitted. This request will then be processed and you will receive a decision within 48 hours. Your dates are not confirmed until you receive a final confirmation notice. Once confirmed, you will be registered and your child's name will appear in the Calendar with under the date and time you reserved. If there are conflicts, you will receive an email with a reason and alternative dates suggested. You will then have to resubmit the online form with new dates. NO DATES WILL BE CONFIRMED VERBALLY AT ANY TIME.
